from the get go, olga was always available and clearly well versed in the services we contracted for. she was very personable and approachable, but always professional and you had feeling your reason for hiring was always paramount in the scheme of things. this made the whole process easier in aprocess that can very easily become tedious and seem like, “whats the next roadblock around the corner”. even when it came to dealing with others involved in the process, who lets say, were not well known to us, but were kept in the loop of the process by olga. also on the day of the closing it was light hearted, but very professional and if any problems, queries, etc popped up they were dealt with in an entirely professional manner.
